What an affiliate link means
Some outbound links are affiliate links. If you follow one and place an eligible order, Home Energy Check may receive a commission from the provider or its affiliate network. This does not increase the price you pay. Paid links are labelled beside the call to action and use thesponsoredlink attribute.
The active programme
The current EPC-assessment booking link uses the Awin network and the “EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates and Electrical Check” programme operated by EcoAssess Ltd. Home Energy Check may earn a commission on an eligible order attributed to that link. Awin and the provider apply their own tracking, validation, cancellation and payment terms.
Independent links
Other improvement and comparison links are currently unpaid. They are labelled as independent links and are not endorsements. A familiar brand, listing or quote is not a guarantee of suitability, availability, savings or workmanship. Compare alternatives, check installer accreditation and read the provider's price, finance, cancellation and privacy terms.
How we choose placements
Commercial status does not change the EPC data shown or the order of official recommendations. A paid programme must match the page's subject, use an approved tracking URL and pass our destination, claims, disclosure and consent checks before it can appear as an affiliate.
